Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Mumbai Tree. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You may return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Products should be returned in their original box or packaging.
Some items purchased during sales or promotional offers may have different return conditions.

To start a return, please email us at mumbaitreepvtltd@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mumbai Tree is not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will be notified about the status of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, you can return the product for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Share clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. If a replacement is approved, the new product will usually be delivered within 5–7 working days.

6. Sale, Discount & Custom Orders

Items marked as Final Sale may not be eligible for return or refund.
Customized or special orders may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

7. Refund Processing Time

After approval, refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days. The time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
